Lewis Carpenter - CEO

Lewis Carpenter is the Chief Executive Officer of Winshuttle. As CEO, he is responsible for leading all aspects of Winshuttle's global business.

Lewis brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading successful companies. Prior to Winshuttle, Lewis was COO at Aventail Corporation, where he helped the company become the market leader in providing secure remote access appliances and managed services to global enterprise customers. Before Aventail, Lewis held various senior executive roles at FileNet Corporation, where he helped grow the company from 0 to over $300 million in annual revenue.

Lewis earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston, TX.

Vikram Chalana - CTO and Co-Founder

Vikram Chalana is Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Winshuttle. As CTO, he is ultimately responsible for spearheading the current and future direction of the company's technology offerings.

Vikram has spent several years in the software industry concentrating on data mining and business intelligence applications. His primary focus the last few years has been on applications that enable SAP users to greatly improve their ability to integrate and migrate data. His previous position before co-founding Winshuttle was as Director of R & D at Ultrasound, prior to which, he held senior development positions with Insightful Corporation.

Vikram is a published author of more than 20 papers and presentations, and holds more than a dozen US and international patents.

Vikram earned a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Bioengineering with Minors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA

Rajat Oberoi - Chief Business Development Officer and Co-Founder

Rajat Oberoi is Winshuttle's Co-Founder and is also responsible for the company's key strategic relationships. Prior to his most recent assignment, Rajat led Winshuttle's global sales and operations teams. Under his leadership, sales increased 10 fold over a three year period.

With more than 15 years of experience in IT-infrastructure and services, Rajat joined Winshuttle from AT&T Wireless Services, where he was responsible for managing and improving reliable IT infrastructure and resources.

Matthew Moore - Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Matthew Moore brings more than 18 years of global experience improving business processes and developing software solutions to the Winshuttle team.

Most recently, he was the vice president of independent software vendor programs at Dexterra, the leading mobile platform provider. Prior to Dexterra, Matthew founded Wingman Mobile, enabling customers to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, increase revenue, and enhance customer service by eliminating manual, paper-based business processes. Before Wingman, he led product marketing at Dexterra. After his graduate studies, he worked with Siebel Systems Inc. in their Telecommunications, Energy, and Media vertical, where he was responsible for developing service solutions for customers such as BT, Bell Canada and Telstra. Matthew began his career at Indeva developing applications for oil and gas companies such as Philips, British Gas, Mobil, and Exxon.

Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Edinburgh University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Rob Griebel - Vice President of Sales

Rob Griebel leads the North American Sales team and brings over twenty years of industry experience in enterprise applications to the Winshuttle team.

Most recently Rob was the director of business intelligence practice at Mantis Technology Group, one of the fastest growing IT services companies in the state of Washington, where he was responsible for all sales and service delivery. Prior to Mantis, Rob was President and Co-Founder of Kearen Corporation, a business intelligence software company focused on providing enterprise data visualization solutions, where he was responsible for company operations and corporate strategy. Before Kearen, Rob held senior sales management positions at Noetix Corporation and Access360 where he built and managed enterprise sales teams. Earlier in his career Rob held various sales, management, and technical positions with Oracle Corporation, Aris Corporation, ViewStar, and The Boeing Company.

Rob earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.

Mark Hallam - Vice President, EMEA

Mark brings extensive experience in software sales, testing, automation and implementation. Over the years he has specialized in ERP, specifically SAP. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Mark managed the Automation suite of software at Complementary Solutions which included AutoTester and Winshuttle products throughout the time of his tenure. Before this, he worked within the strategic accounts team at French Telecom.

Mark was schooled in South Africa with a focus in Engineering and Construction Management.

Chad Bates - Director of Global Services

Chad Bates runs the global services operations at Winshuttle. He manages the global support team and all customer training programs. He also administers pre-sales product demonstrations and consulting services.

Chad brings extensive experience in SAP Consulting, training and courseware development. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Chad worked in SAP consulting and training with several companies, including Deloitte Consulting, IBM Human Capital Management, Avaya Communications and Comp USA.

Chad is a SCP recognized Certified Support Manager and a certified SAP Consultant in the Sales and Distribution Module. He is also experienced in the Financials, Controlling, and Materials Management Modules.

Vishal Chalana - Managing Director (India) and Co-Founder

As the Managing Director (India) and Co-Founder at Winshuttle, Vishal Chalana is responsible for all of the company's R&D activities. He has been with Winshuttle since its inception in 2003, creating and leading the engineering team based in India.

With a background in data processing, language technology and enterprise data integration, Vishal brings more than 10 years of experience in research, development and shipping software products. Prior to Winshuttle, Vishal worked in various software leadership positions at Reliance and Quark. His professional career began at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in their Language R&D Lab.

Vishal earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Assam Engineering College in India.
