TransactionShuttle Appears Cut-off - I am unable to see the full window, how do I fix it?

Your Screen Resolution DPI Setting needs to be adjusted, to do so please perform the following steps:
Right Click on the Desktop > Click Properties > Select Settings Tab > Click Advanced > Change DPI Setting to Normal.

Does the tool support the Easy Data Entry Screens or Enjoy Transactions?

Yes, using transactionSHUTTLE version 6.8 and above.

Can you use the same spreadsheet for more than one transaction?

Yes

Can you lock the scripts once they have been developed?

Yes, a password can be added to the SHUTTLEfile

SAP Screens appear much smaller when recording with TransactionShuttle, how can I adjust that?

In TransactionShuttle, go to Tools > Options > Sap Defaults > Select 'Use screen size based on my resolution'.

LICENSING

How do I know if I have a node locked license or not?

Go to Help > About. There will be a splash screen that will tell you which type of license you have.

I am getting a check out error license not found, what does this mean?

The license has not been saved in the correct folder. The license should be save here for transactionSHUTTLE:
C:\Program Files\WinShuttle\transactionSHUTTLE8\license

and here for runSHUTTLE:

C:\Program Files\WinShuttle\runSHUTTLE8\license

How do I move or deactivate my license?

Instructions on how to remove a TxShuttle license from your desktop:

1. Go to Help > About.
   
   
2. From the splash screen press the Deactivate License button.
   
   
3. You will get the License de-activation screen. If you are absolutely sure you wish to remove the license from your desktop, press the De-activate License button at this point.
   
   
4. Upon pressing the De-activate License button you should receive a success deletion message along with the De-activation code.
   
   
5. To complete the removal procedure, press the E-mail code button to send the Deactivation code to WinShuttle. Pressing this button will automatically generate an email containing all the pertinent information regarding the de-activation of your license.
   
   
6. Once WinShuttle has received this e-mail and confirmed the De-activation code, they will send you a reactivation code. You will then be able to move the license to a new desktop.
   
   

I am getting a "Terminal server remote client not allowed" error. What does this mean?

This error means that you are trying to use a node locked license remotely. If you have a node locked license you cannot remote into your system. You can only use this type of license locally. If you need to use the Winshuttle products remotely, you will need a server license instead, please contact us for more details.

I am getting a "User based license has no specific users" error. What does this mean?

This error is related to the flexnet system. There are four files that are associated with this error: Option; License; Lmgrd.exe; and Winshuttle.exe. All these files need to be in the same directory as the flexnet install, usually it's the C:Program files/winshuttle/flexnet. Make sure that the Option file and License file are in one folder and the Lmgrd.exe and Winshuttle.exe files are in another folder. These files work together and should be saved in two folders.
