How to find support for Winshuttle eSHUTTLE

All Winshuttle products have a commercial lifetime which eventually includes an end-of-life phase for some versions of a product. With our continued investment in research and development and regular release of new products, various earlier versions and products become obsolete. A deliberate product life-cycle methodology ensures the highest quality products and the highest level of support for our customers.

As of Q3 2010, several Winshuttle products were renamed: eSHUTTLE is now known as Winshuttle Central.

Is there any issue with eSHUTTLE continuing to function?

No. If eSHUTTLE is currently working for a customer’s needs, it will continue to function.  We will not be able to support any technical issues with this version.


What is the upgrade path for eSHUTTLE?

For companies with current maintenance subscriptions, the upgrade is easy and free. In eSHUTTLE, click the Help menu and then click the Check for Update button.
