Winshuttle can provide consulting services to assist customers in implementing and using our products.   Services range from support for specific Transaction or Query execution up through installation, upgrades, and project management.

Professional services offerings

Jump-start training and implementation consulting packages

These packages include introductory training for Transaction and Query users. Our consultants will then work with your staff to create the required scripts and queries to get your team up and running even faster.

Project implementations and migrations

Winshuttle can provide project management services to guide customers through new installations and migration of current installations to the Central product suite.

Process streamlining

Our consultants are also available for business process streamlining projects. These projects will review existing processes that require large amounts of data entry and automate them to enhance your Winshuttle investment.

Complex transaction engineering

When your staff runs into problems that they can't resolve on their own, call on a Winshuttle Consultant. Either on-site or via remote connection, Winshuttle consultants can work with business area experts to develop the processes and required files to make your team as productive as possible.

There are flexible options for services provided on a short term or long term basis, either hourly or daily.  Customers can also purchase a package of consulting hours to be used as needed.  Services can be provided via remote connection or on-site.
