Chief Executive Officer
Lewis Carpenter joined Winshuttle as Chief Executive Officer in 2008, with the mission to accelerate Winshuttle’s growth and increase the company’s value proposition. Lewis brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading successful companies. As CEO, he has helped the company achieve record levels of annual sales, team growth and customer satisfaction, and has been instrumental in multiple acquisitions that have expanded Winshuttle’s product portfolio and global organization. Prior to Winshuttle, Lewis was COO at Aventail Corporation, where he helped the company become the market leader in providing secure remote access appliances and managed services to global enterprise customers. Before Aventail, Lewis held various senior executive roles at FileNet Corporation, where he helped grow the company from $0 to over $300 million in annual revenue.
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Since Winshuttle’s inception, Vikram’s focus has been to empower people to transform their ERP-based business. He has propelled the company’s technology strategy to support Enterprise, workflow and mobile solutions, helping thousands of customers maximize their investments in enterprise applications such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS and Salesforce.com.
Prior to Winshuttle, Vikram spent several years in the software industry concentrating on data mining and business intelligence applications. His previous positions included engineering leadership positions at Verathon,Inc. and Insightful Software (now part of Tibco Corp). Vikram is a published author of more than 20 journal articles and holds more than a dozen US and international patents.
Rajat has been instrumental in the development and growth of Winshuttle through multifaceted roles since the company’s inception. Under his leadership of the global sales and operations teams, sales increased 10 fold over a three year period. In his current role as Chief Business Development Officer, Rajat oversees the strategic planning and development of new markets and client relationships, fostering long-term goals that align with Winshuttle’s core values. Rajat has more than 12 years of experience in building and growing start-ups and before starting Winshuttle, he had 15 years of experience in IT-infrastructure and services, including a stint with AT&T Wireless Services.
Chief Revenue Officer
John is responsible for Winshuttle’s Global Sales division, overseeing the execution of sales initiatives, managing lead generation and ensuring the sales team is on track to exceed their sales and acquisition targets.
John has a background in successfully building and executing sales strategies on a global scale, and has served in numerous senior leadership positions, most recently as the Vice President and General Manager of Proactive Engagement Solutions at Nuance. Prior to Nuance, John held senior global positions at Birst, Global 360, Hyperion, and SAP.
Chief Financial Officer
Since 2011, Jeff has helped develop and manage Winshuttle’s financial operations, ensuring that our strategic financial goals align with our fiscal business objectives. Jeff’s contributions to the company’s strategic business initiatives and extensive background in financial management have been integral in facilitating Winshuttle’s growth.
Prior to Winshuttle, Jeff held senior executive positions with emerging and high-growth companies, and provided financial consulting services to technology companies in the US and worldwide. Most recently, Jeff served as CFO for AdXpose, Inc., a Seattle-based leader in digital advertising analytics, playing a pivotal role in the acquisition of AdXpose by ComScore.
Chief Software Architect and Co-Founder
Vishal is responsible for identifying new technical innovations and aligning Winshuttle’s product roadmap with partners like SAP and Microsoft. As one of three Co-Founders, Vishal has been influential in the development and direction of Winshuttle, overseeing the expansion of the offices in Chandigarh and Hyderabad, India.
Vishal has over 15 years of experience in research, development and software product innovation, and brings with him a background in data processing, language technology and enterprise data integration. Prior to Winshuttle, Vishal worked in several software leadership positions at Reliance and Quark. His professional career began at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in their Language R&D Lab.
Vice President of EMEA
Mark joined Winshuttle in 2006, and as one of the earliest employees, he has been part of the company’s evolution, and is responsible for the successful growth and expansion of operations in EMEA. As the Vice President of EMEA, Mark leads a team across 5 European offices which supports nearly 1,000 customers. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Mark managed the Automation suite of software at Complementary Solutions which included AutoTester and Winshuttle products. Over the years he has specialized in ERP, specifically SAP, and has extensive experience in software sales, testing, automation and implementation.
Vice President of Product Management
Kevin brings more than 20 years of product management leadership experience to Winshuttle, including his most recent position as Vice President of Product Management for CA Technologies Data and Analytics business where he led the development and launch of a new to market Hadoop-based big data management solution. Kevin has served in many product leadership roles at Motorola, and was also responsible for the entire product portfolio at U.S. Robotics as Head of Product Management.
Vice President of Engineering
Vikas is responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering at Winshuttle, from execution oversight and governance in planning, to overseeing the architecture, design and implementation of software development projects. He serves as the enterprise wide strategic leader for our software engineering. Vikas brings over 20 years of software engineering leadership to Winshuttle, including extensive experience in product development and consulting services. He most recently served as the Director of Smart Grid Solutions at Landis+Gyr, where he managed a team of over 300 engineers.
Vice President of Enterprise Solutions
Kristian is responsible for enterprise solutions marketing, product marketing and sales enablement. He is instrumental in driving the strategic direction of the company and continuously elevating the value that Winshuttle’s software platform and methodology bring to customers. Prior to joining Winshuttle in 2010, Kristian was widely respected as one of the pioneering thought leaders in bridging the gap between SAP and Microsoft technologies. Since starting his career in Denmark, Kristian has gained experience with enterprise software solutions in a broad range of industries in Europe, Australia and North America. He has held various roles across Engineering, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing. When not at work, Kristian spends most of his time climbing the mountains of the Pacific Northwest and elsewhere.
Vice President of Human Resources
In a professional career spanning two decades, Stacy has passionately advocated for innovation and leadership. She brings to her position an emphasis in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and strategic planning. Stacy is responsible for developing and guiding Winshuttle’s Global HR vision and articulating the organization’s strategy to help acquire, develop, reward, and retain the best talent. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Stacy held HR and Organizational Development positions for a variety of entrepreneurial, technology and venture capital companies.
Vice President of Customer Success
Brian is responsible for Winshuttle’s global services teams which include professional services, training and customer support teams located in the America’s, EMEA and AsiaPac. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Brian held several head senior leadership roles as VP of Operations at 4th Source, VP of Services (support, professional services and training) at Vertafore, and VP of Professional Services at Oracle. Brian brings vast experience and over two decades of leadership in growing services teams, evolving services delivery, improving customer satisfaction and expanding the profitability of Services teams.
