Sara Bolzonello of P&G Italy made the following presentation at SAP Users Group France meeting held in Lille on September 18, 2003 - "How to simplify SAP repetitive tasks by non-technical users with transactionSHUTTLE."

P&G Italy, with 2000 employees is the fifth largest country in the P&G world and has been using transactionSHUTTLE since February 2003.
transactionSHUTTLE is being used at P&G Italy for a wide variety of applications ranging from uploading material inventories and delivery notes to F&A applications like fixed asset creation and maintenance.
In using transactionSHUTTLE for automatic uploading of inventories into SAP R/3, P&G Italy was able to achieve 90% time reduction in work processes and a 100% elimination of non-value added operations! In using transactionSHUTTLE for automatic material receiving into SAP R/3, P&G Italy was able to save 1/3 net head count while achieving a 100% reduction of manual entry errors.
transactionSHUTTLE has allowed P&G to optimize work processes and to increase the data accuracy in the systems while achieving a 62% return on investment in a short period time.
