Mr. Chalana is co-founder and chief executive officer of Winshuttle. As CEO, he is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the company including overall business and product strategy. The President and Chief Technical Officer report to Chalana.
He has spent several years in the software industry concentrating on data mining and business intelligence applications. His primary focus the last few years has been on applications that enable SAP users to greatly improve their ability to integrate and migrate data.
His previous position before co-founding Winshuttle was as Director of R & D at Ultrasound, prior to which, he held senior development positions with Insightful Corporation.
Chalana is a published author of more than 20 papers and presentations. He is an inventor holding more than a dozen US and international patents.
Chalana holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and a doctorate of philosophy in bioengineering with minors in electrical engineering, computer science and statistics from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA
Mr. Carpenter is president and chief operating officer of Winshuttle. As president, he is responsible for all global Winshuttle operations including sales, business development, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, and IT.
Carpenter brings over 20 years of experience in building and leading successful companies. Prior to Winshuttle, Lewis was COO at Aventail Corporation, where he helped the company become the market leader in providing secure remote access appliances and managed services to global enterprise customers. Before Aventail, Lewis held various senior executive roles at FileNet Corporation, where he helped grow the company from 0 to over $300 million in annual revenue.
Carpenter holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston, TX.
Mr. Oberoi is Winshuttle’s co-founder and is also responsible for the company’s key strategic relationships. Prior to his most recent assignment, Oberoi led Winshuttle’s global sales and operations teams. Under his leadership, sales increased 10 fold over a three year period.
With more than 15 years of experience in IT-infrastructure and services, Oberoi joined Winshuttle from AT & T Wireless Services, where he was responsible for managing and improving reliable IT infrastructure and resources.
Mr. Petti leads the North American sales effort at Winshuttle. He plays an important role in setting the product sales goals as he coaches, monitors and manages the sales staff.
Most recently, Petti was President of Petti Principles, Inc. a national sales consulting and training company, where he developed sales training programs for mastering selling skills, sales management, goal setting and motivational techniques.
Before Petti Principles, Petti spent 15 years at AT&T working in increasingly responsible positions in sales management. His last position with AT&T was as Western Region Sales Vice President, Indirect Sales Channel, where he managed the operation of channel managers and indirect business partners located in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. Under his leadership this region progressed from the lowest performing region to becoming the highest performing region. Prior to AT&T, Petti held responsible sales positions with Cable and Wireless, Plc.
Petti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and economics from Rutgers University.
Mr. Hallam is the Managing Director for the Winshuttle EMEA office based in London, UK.
Hallam brings extensive experience in software sales, testing, automation and implementation. Over the years he has specialized in ERP, specifically SAP. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Hallam managed the Automation suite of software at Complementary Solutions which included AutoTester and Winshuttle products throughout the time of his tenure. Before this, he worked within the strategic accounts team at French Telecom.
Hallam was schooled in South Africa with a focus in engineering and construction management.
Mr. Bates runs the customer support operations at Winshuttle. He is responsible for developing and managing all customer training programs as well as administering pre-sales product demonstrations and training.
Bates brings extensive experience in SAP Consulting, training and courseware development. Prior to joining Winshuttle, Bates worked in SAP consulting and training with several companies, including Deloitte Consulting, IBM Human Capital Management, Avaya Communications and Comp USA.
Bates is a certified SAP consultant in the SD Module. Bates is also experienced in the FI, CO, and MM Modules.
