POLICIES

Winshuttle End of Life Policy

All Winshuttle product versions have a pre-determined commercial lifetime. In order to provide the highest quality products and support to our customers, each product is developed utilizing a product lifecycle methodology, which includes an End-of-Life (EOL) phase. The Winshuttle product EOL policy is to support the current release plus the previous (one back) release for up to six (6) months by default (End of Support [EOS]). Six months after the EOL date, the Winshuttle Product Development, Engineering, and Support organizations will cease active development and support of that software version/release. Winshuttle does not create or make available maintenance releases or patches for software that has reached the EOL milestone.

During the EOL phase, Winshuttle will continue to investigate, troubleshoot, and characterize issues in an attempt to provide solutions and workarounds using the production releases. If a solution cannot be found using software that has passed the EOL milestone, Winshuttle Technical Support will require that the product be updated with a more recent (supported) software release/version.

Once the EOL process starts on a product release, a notice will be posted on all relevant pages stating that the product release has entered the EOL process. The notice will also state the date after which the product will no longer be supported.

Winshuttle offers technical support for its products for a specified amount of time. Once a product enters end-of-life status, Winshuttle will be unable to provide technical support, service packs or updates for that version of the software and any add-on modules for that version of the software. The current End-of-Life status of Winshuttle products is:
