Driving this growth is the accelerating enterprise adoption of the company’s ERP usability platform to simplify interactions with SAP. Since the beginning of the year, Winshuttle has expanded into Germany and Latin America, increased global headcount by more than 50 new team members, and advanced its technology platform with a major new product launch. In addition, over 100 new customers joined the Winshuttle customer community, including Microsoft, AugustaWestland, Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, Nalco Company, and Thales Aerospace Systems, and the company measured a customer satisfaction score of over 99 percent – a testament to Winshuttle’s unrivaled customer service and the quality of its products. Winshuttle now counts more than 800 customers across the globe.
In the second quarter, Winshuttle launched the STUDIO product suite. Winshuttle STUDIO is an integrated package of four applications – Winshuttle TRANSACTION™, Winshuttle QUERY™, Winshuttle FORMS™ and Winshuttle DIRECT™ – that assist business and IT users to create solutions for business processes based on SAP solutions. STUDIO allows companies or departments to quickly implement forms (Excel, PDF, Web, InfoPath®) to allow users to enter and change data in SAP applications. It also provides for batched processes in SAP solutions such as mass record create or change. With STUDIO, users can also move beyond SAP transaction-based recording and implement scripts that use the BAPI® programming interface from SAP.
