Winshuttle Supports Accelerated Growth with Three New Executive Appointments

Bothell, WA – October 28, 2008 – Winshuttle, the leading provider of data entry and extraction tools for SAP users, today announced that Lewis Carpenter has been named president and chief operating officer, responsible for all global Winshuttle operations including sales, business development, marketing, customer service, finance, HR and IT. Matthew Moore has also joined the company as the new vice president of marketing and will oversee all aspects of global marketing for Winshuttle’s award-winning data management software. In addition, Rob Griebel has joined Winshuttle as vice president of North American sales, and will take responsibility for leading Winshuttle’s US-based sales and distribution organization. Both Moore and Griebel will be reporting to Carpenter.

Carpenter brings more than 20 years of experience in building and leading successful companies. Prior to Winshuttle, he was the COO at Aventail Corporation, where he helped the company become the market leader in providing secure remote access appliances and managed services to global enterprise customers. Before Aventail, Carpenter held various senior executive roles at FileNet Corporation, where he helped grow the company from 0 to over $300 million in annual revenue. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston.

&With more than 18 years of global experience developing software solutions and improving business processes, Moore will spearhead Winshuttle’s efforts to build a global brand. Before joining Winshuttle, Moore was the vice president of independent software vendor programs at Dexterra, the leading mobile platform provider. Prior to Dexterra, Moore founded Wingman Mobile, enabling customers to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, increase revenue, and enhance customer service by eliminating manual, paper-based business processes. Before Wingman, he led product marketing at Dexterra. Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Edinburgh University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Griebel brings outstanding sales leadership experience and an excellent reputation as a senior executive to Winshuttle. Most recently, he led Mantis Technology Group’s Business Intelligence consulting practice. Prior to Mantis, Rob was co-founder and president of Kearen Corporation, a data visualization software company. Griebel served as vice president of sales at both Noetix and Access360 where he scaled and led sales teams to significant growth. Griebel started his career as a systems engineer at Oracle, where he gained a strong technical foundation and understanding of ERP customers’ needs which will be an additional asset in his position at Winshuttle. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.
