transactionSHUTTLE records the steps of SAP transactions, maps relevant fields to Excel, and creates a transaction template. Once this template has created, an SAP user can then automate repetitive SAP tasks. The result is savings in time, efforts, and resources. Today, the evolution of this software product is being released! Winshuttle is proud to announce its updated version, transactionSHUTTLE 8.4. Based upon user experiences and preferences, Winshuttle created a sophisticated version to meet the needs of SAP users.
For example, SAP users often need to upload and download attachments. However, a Windows dialog box pop up prevents this action. With transactionSHUTTLE 8.4, users are now able to upload and download documents using the dialog box. This modification is incredibly helpful, especially in cases such as paperless journal entry.
Another new transactionSHUTTLE 8.4 feature is an 
Excel Add in . In Microsoft Office Excel, a tab "Winshuttle" has been added, to the far right of the other tool bar options. Here, an SAP user is able to manage processes and code quickly. The interface is intelligently design to expect and meet the needs of the SAP user, to simplify the process. This demo offers a quick explanation about the Winshuttle SAP Excel Add in feature.
SAP users can now use the F4 key in Excel to select values directly from SAP. SAP users may use the F4 shortcut key to input the field for the Excel column. This column is then mapped, resulting in an effortless creation of SAP data entry files.
SAP users can also take advantage of transactionSHUTTLE 8.4's new Validation feature . SAP users can review Excel data before actually running it. If any errors exist, a validation message will appear in thelog column. Our transactionSHUTTLE 8.4 Validation demo shows how a user is able to make changes to records with errors.
Skip Screen if not found (DEMO): This setting will allow the users to selectively skip a screen and its underlying fields. During the transactionSHUTTLE run, if the screen is encountered, the data will be uploaded to the fields in the screen. If not found, the whole screen and its fields will be skipped.
