Don’t wait, Search for it!
By Scot Madill on Nov 11, 2010
During an argument with a friend about the identities of the original members of the Detroit Lions “Silver Rush, I created my personal information rule: If you have to think about it for more than 3 minutes, you should search the internet for it (Google/Bing). That is my rule of thumb for sports trivia, technical issues, SAP data, and settling any information-based arguments. After the Winshuttle User Group (WUG) in New Orleans last month, I realized that our customers and partners were not using our community site and knowledgebase to its full extent. They were trying to figure out Winshuttle and/or SAP issues by trial and error, so I felt like I should let all of Winshuttle’s customers and partners know about my information rule and where they can search for Winshuttle information. The best sources for information about Winshuttle are as follows:
- Winshuttle Community Site (https://www.winshuttle.com/community/)
- Winshuttle Knowledgebase (http://wise.winshuttle.com/)
The best aspect of these sites is that Winshuttle includes customer and partner content, ensuring that collateral addresses as many questions and topics as possible. So don’t wait, search away. Also, I know you’re wondering…
The original members of the Detroit Lions Silver Rush are Al “Bubba” Baker, Doug English, Dave Pureifory and William Gay. No search required.
