Position summary

Responsible for delivering Winshuttle solutions as a project team on customer implementation projects. Role on projects will vary from solution development and testing to customer training. This requires a combination of customer facing skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. Work with customers and internal project team to help develop, document and test detailed solutions utilizing the Winshuttle application suite. Ability to deliver customer training on the Winshuttle applications and tailor the content to meet the specific customer needs. Ability to identify and communicate new sales opportunities.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Customer facing role as an implementation project team member and/or training resource
  • Develop, test and deploy Winshuttle solutions on customer implementation projects
  • Ability to deliver project tasks within the allotted project plan (time and budget)
  • Build a trusted relationship with our customers and collaborate cohesively with internal team members
  • Deliver on site and online (remote) customer training/consulting
  • Up to 20% travel required
  • Ability to work 3rd shift: M-F from 9pm to 6am
  • Flexible schedule and extended hours may be required
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred
  • Software implementation experience – either as an implementer or as the customer
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Excel Macros and/or JavaScript is preferred
  • Ability to understand the impact of technology on business challenges, processes, and efficiency
  • Ability to translate technical information into easy to understand language for customers
  • Ability to deliver customer training

Experience

  • Prefer a minimum of 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • Customer facing Software Consulting, Support or Training experience
