Position summary

This key role will be a member of our growing Solutions Marketing team that is providing thought leadership to customers, industry analysts as well as to Winshuttle marketing efforts and product roadmap. This role requires experience with Financial Accounting and Shared Services, preferably from organizations that have implemented SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will enjoy being in front of customers, evangelizing industry best practices and Winshuttle’s solution vision. Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Become the primary market-facing evangelist of Winshuttle’s solutions for Financial Accounting and Shared Services;
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to content co-created with Product Marketing;
  • Create customer-facing solution and thought leadership content (PowerPoint presentations; product demonstrations; white papers, etc.);
  • Support Sales efforts as a subject matter expert on Financial Accounting in customer-facing situations. Expect to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional trans-Atlantic trips;
  • Participate in events and evangelize the differentiated value proposition of Winshuttle;
  • Develop and deliver keynote presentations at industry events and Winshuttle events;
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing in conducting market research and defining market requirements that sets the vision for the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services in the creation of solution components that improves processes within customers’ Financial Accounting and Shared Services departments.

Knowledge

  • Previous experience driving process improvements within Financial Accounting and Shared Services with strong collaboration across the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to easily discern features and benefits and write in a compelling, client-focused language while ensuring writing is of a high standard;
  • Sharp presentation skills including the ability to plan a compelling story and deliver a compelling presentation to sales team members or clients directly;
  • The ability to visually illustrate messages and develop concepts going beyond words to communicate are vital;

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred;
  • 8 years of experience in Financial Accounting or business support functions that include process improvement responsibilities and involvement in SAP FICO implementations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- be prepared to provide previous work samples;
  • Working in short, fast-paced development cycles to deliver results quickly
