Our team is looking for an organized, passionate and thoughtful HR Operations Specialist to join us. This is a global role responsible for ensuring centralized organizational effectiveness, global HR data management and employee self-service in collaboration with the Global HR Department. You will have a strong administrative and HR background with a passion for education and service.
You will lead operational needs including HRIS management, onboarding, performance management, career development, knowledge sharing, employee self-service and employee engagement – all with a view to efficient administration and operations deployment.
Technical Skills and a love for data are a requirement for this role. Meaning this role needs to be strong with excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlook-up), HRIS administration, reporting, state and benefits compliance requirements and project management.
