Position summary

The EMEA & APAC Marketing Manager is an experienced marketing all-rounder who is responsible for implementing the regional marketing plan to help increase Winshuttle’s brand awareness and generate sales pipeline through a mix of direct and channel marketing activities. The regional marketing plan includes a wide range of traditional and digital marketing tactics all designed to achieve the above objectives. The role reports to the Manager of EMEA & APAC Field Marketing and is based in London, UK.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing plan in conjunction with wider Marketing organisation and with close collaboration and alignment with the Channel Director, EMEA & APAC.
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party partner companies to help them execute their Winshuttle marketing plans
  • Specifically:
  • Deliver and help partners deliver events and webinars including all planning, scheduling, pre, onsite and post event activities
  • Help guide and execute the regional database growth and maintenance plan.
  • Produce regional content such as email campaigns, event materials, collateral, digital sales tools etc. Assist with recruitment of customer references for speaker engagements, video productions, case studies and press interviews.
  • Leverage the company’s active social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and blogs, and perform continual outreach to grow brand awareness. Assist in optimising regional PPC and SEO campaigns, including with the development and implementation of landing pages.
  • Become familiar with and leverage the company’s marketing automation platform (Marketo) and other tools. Work with internal resources where necessary to implement programs.
  • Plan, implement and help partners with planning and implementation of multi-touch campaigns and surveys, including relevant follow up.
  • Manage relationships and deliverables of external marketing agencies and other service providers as rel­evant.
  • Track and monitor success using defined metrics and return of all marketing activities and deliver regular analysis and reporting. Provide input to plan adjustments to optimise output for the sales organisation and partner network.

Knowledge

  • BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant degree
  • Good technical understanding of digital analytics and the ability to pick up new monitoring and reporting tools quickly.
  • Excellent English language and writing skills. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal form.
  • Strong project management/ organisational skills; comfortable with numbers; excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.

Experience

  • 3-8 years B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools required. Marketo and Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments and time zones, with suppliers and company affiliates.
  • Team player and self-starter in a high-growth environment
