Position summary

Winshuttle software is a game changer for SAP power users and line of business owners who touch the data of some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Once users see our software is when the “aha” happens. It’s the job of the Search Marketing Coordinator to drive demand to help get our solutions into the capable hands of SAP users. This role requires a deep understanding of the art and science of third party demand generation campaigns including PPC, LinkedIn, paid social and content syndication. In this role, he/she is responsible for supporting PPC globally using keyword bid management and web analytics tools. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, yet creative, detail oriented and able to work with large datasets to gain insights and make optimization decisions. This position is perfect for a digitally savvy individual who wants to grow their expertise in the area of search marketing and/or b2b marketing in a fun, collaborative team environment.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Manage lead generation paid social campaigns targeting markets worldwide in English, French, Spanish and German.
  • Manage content syndication programs to drive lead generation.
  • Manage display advertising campaigns (remarketing and Account Based Marketing).
  • Manage paid search campaigns targeting markets worldwide in English, Spanish, French and German to promote brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Ensure best practices, budget, conversion, revenue, and other business goals are met.
  • Optimize keyword coverage, keyword bids, account structure, and ad copy.
  • Design and execute A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Analyze industry trends, and competitive landscape to exploit expansion and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior on landing pages and conversion funnels using web analytic tools.
  • Collaborate with the other marketing channels to exchange data observations and learnings.
  • Partner with other internal teams worldwide to enhance keyword coverage, ad copy performance, and conversion rate and more.

Knowledge

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers and detail oriented.
  • Strong critical thinking ability and communication skills

  • Excellent English language and writing skills; additional language capability a plus.
  • Experience with search marketing and analytics tools.
  • B2B marketing experience a plus.
  • SEO experience a plus
  • Experience with other marketing platforms (Marketo, Account Based Marketing, etc.) a plus.

Experience

  • BA or BS in English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree or experience.
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in developing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
  • Familiarity in driving global initiatives and coordinating across multiple time zones.
