Position summary

This role will be a member of our growing product marketing team that is defining the market, positioning, and messaging for Winshuttle’s products and solutions. This role requires an experienced B2B product marketer to research market feasibility, develop positioning, messaging, customer-facing content, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials, and lead product launches and market readiness activities.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Conduct market assessments and analyze market potential for new products or solutions.
  • Conduct research interviews with industry experts and customers to uncover buying insights and develop buyer personas.
  • Develop positioning for specific solutions/and or products.
  • Develop persona-based messaging for specific solutions/and or products.
  • Ability to easily discern and articulate features, advantages, and benefits specific solutions/and or products.
  • Work with Winshuttle marketing, sales, and product management teams to develop ongoing marketing plans to meet our company’s strategic and revenue goals.
  • Create customer-facing content that supports marketing plans (PowerPoint presentations, product demonstrations, videos, white papers, collateral, webinar content, etc.).
  • Work with product and sales management to create sales enablement content (playbooks, training videos, face-to-face training materials, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing online and in-person sales training to ensure our sales team is ready to deliver the right message to the right persona in the sales cycle.
  • Work with the product management team to create competitive positioning against the top competitive solutions.
  • Provide feedback on departmental frameworks, processes, and content types.
  • Work with the product management and enterprise solutions teams to understand and communicate product and solution architecture and deployment diagrams.
  • Participate in events and evangelize the differentiated value proposition of our solutions and products.

Knowledge

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for all audiences and settings (customer meetings, sales training, industry events, etc.)
  • The ability to visually illustrate messages and concepts.

Experience

  • Six plus years of enterprise software product marketing experience, preferably working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of PIM or MDM markets preferable.
  • Working in fast-paced development cycles to deliver results quickly.
  • Experience developing high-quality customer-facing and sales enablement messaging and content.
  • Collaborating and leading cross-functional teams across global geographies.
