Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Coordinating End to End Recruitments
  • Maintaining Interview Trackers
  • Sourcing Profiles through various sources like Job portals, Social Media.
  • Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
  • Evaluate shortlisted candidate by conducting first tele-interview
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines and building the talent pipeline for the businesses to achieve the hiring targets.
  • Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining .
  • Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome.

Contractual job for the candidate with MBA/BBA or Equivalent degree from an accredited university or college with 0 -2 of industry Experience .
