Position summary

Responsible for designing, proposing, developing and delivering Multi-Domain, Master Data Management solutions for client needs that are technical or use-case specialized in nature. Provides technical and business process consulting expertise to clients and sales for software design, product-process recommendations and solution proposals. This requires a combination of customer facing skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. Responsible for a high level of communication with clients and internal corporate resources. Defines technical and related implementation strategies, gathers business requirements, authors detailed functional specifications/ solution documents, documents best practices, and consults to provide analytical insight on product improvement/ development and feature innovation. Actively identifies opportunities to deliver experiences that demonstrate product and service capabilities. Utilizes customer facing skills and technical background to represent the company within our customer’s environment and drives discussions with senior leaders regarding trade-offs, best practices and risk mitigation, and to coach customer teams to be self-sufficient. Engages in complex projects with significant bottom-line impact. Ability to deliver customer training and tailor the content to meet the specific customer needs. Ability to provide technical and subject-matter oversight and mentorship to other team members of the practice group.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • To lead teams in the implementation of Enterworks solutions on customer projects.
  • Install, configure and optimize Winshuttle’s Enterwork installations in both hosted cloud environments as well as on premise.
  • Ability to deliver project tasks and implementations within the allotted project plan (time and budget).
  • Build a trusted relationship with our customers and collaborate cohesively with internal team members.
  • To design ‘Proof of Concept’ solutions as part of the pre-sales and sales cycles.
  • Deliver online and in-person product demonstrations.
  • Technical and subject matter mentoring of junior staff members.
  • 10-25% Travel Required.
  • Participate in UAT software testing.
  • Deliver online (remote) customer technical training/consulting.
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working hours will be as per US shift timings.

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, management information systems or a similar field is preferred.
  • 6+ years’ experience of developing and implementing technical solutions as per diverse business use cases in Master Data Management required.
  • Customer facing software/ and or technical consulting.
  • Strong software customization with the ability and business acumen to exercise judgment in selecting methods and solutions for client needs.
  • Prior MDM experience is a must have.


  • Proven ability to effectively lead technical consulting engagements across large customer facing business solution projects using industry standard practices.
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technology on business challenges, processes and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain benefits of a technical product / solution to a client in relation to the client’s business needs.
  • Strong software customization skills with the ability and business acumen to exercise judgment in selecting methods and solutions for client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work interdependently and to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information.
  • Experience capturing and documenting technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise technical written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Technical background in J2EE / Java or similar language preferred.
  • SQL and database procedure language(s) like PLSQL or TSQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of businesses processes in R2R, P2P and Supply Chain.
  • Scripting capabilities required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated individual – high energy, high activity levels.
  • Hands-on experience with databases like MS SQL, MDM solutions and their implementation required.
