The System Administrator will be the first line of IT support for Winshuttle employees including remote employees. This role is critical to the reputation of the IT department and requires exceptional work prioritization, customer service and communication skills. The role will manage the daily user requests, software and workstation maintenance and patching with an emphasis on automating solutions in those areas.
The System Administrator will be responsible for deploying and supporting enterprise applications and maintaining documentation. The System Administrator will assist with managing a Hyper-V environment and associated storage network while assisting in the planning, design, implementation and operation of IT projects.
