Technical Product Marketing Manager

Reports to: Manager, Product Marketing

Position summary

The Technical Product Marketing Manager is a technologist who supports the product marketing team with a variety of systems, projects and processes. This role will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the Winshuttle products that we bring to market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements. This is a technical expert role with the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators of our products, understand and distill the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products, and work with the Product Management teams to continually improve our products.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Act as the Winshuttle expert in SAP S/4HANA and the SAP ERP ecosystem.
• Support the creation of customer-facing technical white papers, presentations, videos, demonstrations, and other content for our products.
• Conduct research into competitive products and create and maintain competitive information.
• Own the creation and maintenance of our ROI tools and frameworks.
• Work with solution engineers and other team members to build and maintain a demonstration library to support our sales engagements.
• Support product launch activities and assist with tradeshows, conferences and webinars.
• Create and present content for sales, solution engineer, and channel partner enablement.
• Respond to field inquiries, assist with technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.
• Ability to rapidly digest complex technical information and potential use cases for our technology across a range of industry verticals.
• Support sales and marketing efforts as required.
• Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.

• BA or BS in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or other relevant degree
• Knowledge/experience of Winshuttle products a plus


• Prior experience in a technical supporting role is a must.
• 5 plus years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
• Should be comfortable describing technical software solutions to various business groups within an organization including: Master Data, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales and Distribution, and IT.
• Possess an analytical skill set, strong presentation skills and the ability to interact with any level within an organization.
