Position summary

The Territory Manager LATAM is an experienced sales expert, responsible for all aspects of developing and managing the Latin American sales territory for Winshuttle. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a self- motivated person with a track record of over-achievement. This role will manage and build the partner network, manage and sell to direct customers, and nurture key accounts within the LATAM territory. A role requires a strong technical aptitude and extensive consultative sales experience. Given the global nature of the business, an ability to effectively interact and communicate verbally and in writing with a diverse customer base is needed. This position handles a high volume of inquiries, quote requests, and closes vital sales deals with current and new customers.

 This position works in partnership with his or her team to achieve the goals of the Sales department plan that are in line with company values, culture, and philosophies. This person is also expected to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that encourages harmony with customers, management, and peers from across the company.

Essential functions and responsibilities

  • Manage, build and support existing partner network.
  • Grow existing or establish new relationships to improve and expand the partner program
  • Grow sales in the territory by managing sales with sales partners and direct customers.
  • Manage key customer relationships to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account penetration strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Proactive cold calling and follow-up on outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Prioritize, qualify, and respond to email or telephone inquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Encourages and empowers the LATAM territory team to achieve; by establishing challenging performance standards; creating enthusiasm, instilling a feeling of investment, and a desire to succeed.
  • Travel Required: 25 to 50%

  • Successful track record of consistently achieving sales goals and developing the team to achieve quota
  • Proven ability to create account plans, and to prioritize and manage time to achieve plans
  • Ability to work, lead, and adapt to a changing environment
  • Coach and guide direct reports and sales partners on “solutions-oriented” and consultative sales techniques
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with any level within an organization
  • Lead by example, and “from the front”


  • A minimum of 8+ years directly and successfully managing a team
  • Experience managing LATAM territory for a software company
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • ERP or SAP sales experience strongly preferred
  • Established network of LATAM VARS and Software Integrators strongly preferred
  • B2B Selling experience and business acumen to engage all functional departments; finance, human resources, sales, supply chain, and information technology
