Global Payroll Manager

The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for administering and managing our global payroll strategies and programs.  This individual will process our local payroll and manage the Global Payroll process using outside payroll vendors. The ideal candidate will lead compensation projects globally, help evaluate the current effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend program revisions and enhancements which are consistent with compensation compliance, trends and company objectives.
