As a member of the customer success team, Samantha often works with customers to resolve issues and answer questions about Winshuttle Journal Entry and Transaction products. She also assists customers with Central and licensing requests.
When Samantha isn’t providing exceptional customer support, she spends as much time as possible with her family, friends and furbaby. She enjoys traveling and hiking, and can often be found absorbed in DIY projects.
