Winshuttle Acquires Business Process Management Leader ShareVis
Company expands presence in enterprise application usability market.
Bothell, WA – July 19, 2011 – Expanding its portfolio of ERP usability solutions, Winshuttle today announced the acquisition of privately held ShareVis of Carlsbad, Calif. Like Winshuttle, ShareVis enables non-technical users to better utilize enterprise applications through software requiring little training or expensive IT support. Specifically, ShareVis offers market-leading technology and expertise in SharePoint workflow and Web form automation, complementing Winshuttle’s proven ability to allow non-technical users to leverage the power of SAP.
Winshuttle products help businesses get the most out of their SAP investment. The products are part of a complete Usability Platform that provides familiar user interfaces and robust back-end administrative tools to help businesses better streamline, control, and govern how they use SAP. Through its forms and workflow capabilities, and its ability to integrate with any enterprise application, the ShareVis product set will become an important component in Winshuttle’s ongoing mission to deliver software that makes enterprise applications more usable.

ShareVis will continue to maintain offices in Carlsbad and all employees will join Winshuttle.
